How fresh is the data?
The index is rebuilt every night. Every record carries dataAsOf and snapshotId, and dataStale turns true if a refresh was missed.
Where does it come from?
Public job-board endpoints that Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Personio and SmartRecruiters expose for career-site embedding. Postings flagged as AI opt-out are excluded by default.
Can an employer have its jobs removed?
Yes. Open an issue on the Actor's Issues tab with the career-site URL. Takedowns are applied within 48 hours.
How do I get an API token?
Create a free Apify account, then copy your token from Settings > API & Integrations. New accounts include free monthly platform credit.
